For most of our products, we offer a minimum order quantity of just one pair, applicable to our existing product lines (although ordering only one pair is the least cost-effective option for you). For OEM/ODM custom projects, the minimum order quantity can be as low as 300-800 pairs per style, with the actual order quantity determined based on your specific market needs after further discussion. We understand the need for market testing and provide flexible solutions for emerging brands. Absolutely. We specialize in both OEM (manufacturing your designs) and ODM (co-developing designs based on your concepts). Customization covers materials, colors, heel heights, logos, and full packaging. A tech pack or reference sample helps us provide an accurate quote. We guide you through each step of the customization process.
We provide development samples (prototypes) for custom projects and salesman samples (exact production quality) from existing lines. Sample fees are refundable upon reaching a confirmed order quantity. Standard sample lead time is 7-14 days, with express options available. Shipping costs are borne by the client.

We are experienced in handling FOB, EXW, or CIF shipments as per your preference. We work with reliable freight forwarders and will assist with all necessary shipping documentation. Our team ensures products are properly packed for safe ocean or air transit.

We implement a 3-stage inspection system:
1) Incoming material check
2) In-line production check (during assembly)
3) Final Random Inspection (FRI) based on AQL standards before shipment.

For standard orders from our existing collection, lead time is 30-45 days after confirmation of all details and deposit. For new custom projects, please allow 45-60 days to account for development, sampling, and production. We provide a detailed schedule upon order confirmation and maintain transparent communication throughout.
Standard terms for new clients are 50% deposit to commence production, and 50% balance before shipment. For established partners with order history, we offer flexible terms such as T/T, L/C, and others, which can be negotiated. All details will be stipulated in our formal proforma invoice.
Yes. We provide comprehensive private labeling services, including shoe boxes, dust bags, hangtags, and logo printing/stamping. Our design team can also assist with creating cohesive branding materials for an additional fee. Please share your branding guidelines for a precise quote.
